Flash mobs are awesome when they’re done right. MC Hammer – Can’t Touch This is one of the coolest flash mob videos. It ranks high up there with the Micheal Jackson flash mob videos. Let me tell you the benefits of the Hammer Time video…first, sales for some random costume pants company sky rocketed on a week that wasn’t Halloween. Next, no one was injured, nothing was stolen, and nothing in the store was broken on purpose. If something did break, then it would’ve been purely by accident. So this points out that people can organize a fun flash mob and do no damage other then getting millions of views on YouTube and being labeled as awesome.
On the contrary – you then have idiot groups of kids imitating the flash mob, but instead, turning it into the flash ROB. These kids are all idiots who will probably drop out of high school and steal cars for a living. Way to give a bad reputation to a cool thing.

Maybe they should go home and get beat by their parents. Put down the crack pipe for five minutes and discipline your kid before they become a product of the system.
